"Would I ever think I would be one of those people that says yes to a good billboard- no. Has it been YEARS of passing this billboard & judging it- yes. Sadly. Yet being on holiday this week; it's been a lot of YES! let's try it. And boy... am I thankful I did. These potato nachos are epic!! 10 out of 10. The quac- it's like your grandma's guac... if she ever made it. Service was incredible. Food spectacular. Almost celestial. But; whom can ever see potato in another way??"

"The food was really good and the service is great. We get the fajitas for two and it is more than enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Now the bad stuff....2 things.... First, the women's bathroom smells REALLY bad and has the last couple of times we have eaten there, over the last year. Second, it is about time to do a remodel, at least replace the ceiling tiles. They are black, especially around the ac vents. Don't know if it is mold or just smoke of some sort created in the kitchen. We love ElCon, but if they don't address this soon, we will stop coming to this location. The one in Waco and the one in Bellmead are both GREAT!"

"While traveling we stopped for lunch. The parking lot was full. Service, staff & food were all outstanding. Got seated right away. The Shredded Chicken meat on my Taco Salad was so flavorful!! I liked that the lettuce was Romaine instead of iceberg. The fried tortilla shell was light & crispy too. I also liked the fresh spicy Salsa. A little heat but not too much. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. Wish I lived closer!!"

"I'm very Not impressed !!! Was Greeted and Seated quickly at a Booth that the Seat was worn out !!! It felt like I was sitting in a Hole. I had to be reseated. Chips and salsa were okay, Chips were Cold and the Salsa was just ok. I ordered Chicken Enchiladas and the waitress asked me what I wanted on it, Not letting me know what my Options were. The Enchiladas were okay, The Red sauce that I ordered to go on top of the Enchiladas was like Stewed tomatoes from a can. The Owner/Manager said it was his Recipe and everyone likes it...I told him that it was leaking something. The Refried beans were Dry and flavorless. The waitress only came by once and I had to go to the Register without a check I'm a Top 10 Reviewer and I Don't recommend this place. Save your money. I won't return."

"We live in Fort Worth and drive down there just for dinner from time to time. That's how much we like it. The food is excellent and not overpriced like some places are. Also, we've always had excellent service from the staff. Well worth the drive in our opinion and will definitely keep coming back!"

"Staying here in hilsboro and I been wanting to come here for weeks glad I made that decision today . I'm from San Antonio and know a little about Mexican food and this place is good . The service is fast and good . Had the half order nachos to start and the appetizer was brought out almost instantly. The food arrived shortly after I ordered the tres enchilada combo plate and food was good and hot . A perfect compliment to the ice cold margarita I enjoyed. Could've been a Lil stronger but worked well enough . I'll definitely be back . Definitely recommend"

"Great place! The House Margaritas are worth getting. Steaming hot fajitas! (See picture). Plenty of parking in the back (I don't recommend Semi-trucks, your best bet is to park somewhere else and walk here.) This is one of the better Mexican Restaurants in this area! I usually have to order the sour-cream, but it came along with the fajitas. The chicken and beef tasted like bell peppers; you might want to add a little salt! I'll be back! $34 for Fajitas for one and 2 Margaritas and a fresh jalapeno pepper uncut and raw! Most seats are wooden chairs. They have a couple of booths. Sign on door says "We are short staffed, some members of staff didn't show up today." The whole place is super clean. Restrooms are super clean. Two bus boys waiting for tables to clear and will immediately clean the tables when customers leave. I got there Monday around 6pm and the parking lot was a quarter full."
